Gas consumption ‘Before and after’ the installation of G-Lehrs burners
At the first installation of our burners in any factory one of our engineers is present to supervise. It takes half a day to do the replacing while the production is running. In this way the gas consumption can be compared before and after replacing, with the same article running and unchanged parameters. Sometimes we also receive from the factories the gas consumptions over a longer period of time before and after and different articles of course.

More about G-Lehrs burners
In 2008 we adapted our gas burners to be used in other brand lehrs. We replaced burners in Antonini, Bowman, Cnud, Horn and Pennekamp lehrs. In all cases we gained in gas consumption varying from 18 to exceptionally 50 %.
In all cases we got very positive reactions regarding reliability and maintenance of the burners.
Our burners can be delivered in a configuration adapted to any existing lehr:
- Same gas connection, same gas pressure
- Same electric connection, same supply voltage
- Same alarm and control signals.
Every burner is secured, driven and supervised by its own safety control box. This box makes the link to the main electric panel, it accepts all voltage supplies and control signals. It generates back the alarms and signals that are expected by the main electric panel.
Gas and electric connections are 100% compatible with your actual situation.
Replacing the burners (one by one) is done during production – no production stop.
By changing to G-Lehrs burners in your existing lehrs the gas consumption goes down on average by 30 %.
