GAS CONSUMPTION \u2018BEFORE AND AFTER\u2019 THE INSTALLATION OF G-LEHRS BURNERS.
<\/strong>
Since the replacement of the burners takes place during production, it is possible to compare the consumption before and after with the same item running at unchanged parameters. We note it when we supervise the first installation of our burners.
Sometimes we receive from the factories the gas consumptions over a longer period of time before and after replacing and different articles of course.
In the part \u2018realisations and results<\/a>\u2019 you will find results on short and long term.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

By changing to G-Lehrs burners in existing lehrs the gas consumption goes down on average by 25 %, regularly down to 50 %.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

STANDARD PROCEDURE FOR REPLACING EXISTING BURNERS<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. Important needed Information about the actual situation.
    <\/strong>– Brand name of the lehrs and type of the existing burners (eventually photo).
    – Layout of the lehrs where the number of sections and dimensions are indicated.
    –<\/strong> Consumptions of the last year (or min 3 months) specified per day and lehr in Nm\u00b3.
    – Gas pressure in the gas line where the burners are connected to.
    – Volts and Herz and type of the used electric plug.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Information needed to calculate the possible gain in gas consumption.
    <\/strong>– Somebody of our staff comes to the factory to measure and collect the additional data.
    – This is done for free and takes +- 2 hours per line.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Proposal.
    <\/strong>– Based on the collected data, the possible gain in gas consumption is calculated.
    – You, the potential client receives this calculation in detail.
    – A proposal is made about which burners should be replaced.
    – The payback time on investment is calculated and shown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Replacing the existing burners by G-Lehrs burners for the first time.
    <\/strong>– As the burners are adapted to be 100 % compatible to your actual situation (we noted it at the time of our visit), there will be no surprises.
    – Our engineer is present to supervise the replacing of the burners.
    – Replacing burners (one by one) is done during production \u2013 no production stop.
    – The job itself is done by the factories\u2019 personnel, 1 electrician and 1 mechanic.
    – For the first burner, replacing takes in general 1 hour, the following burners 15 to 20 min.
    – The job is very straight-forward and can easily be repeated by the personnel in the future.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Technical briefing.<\/strong>
    – Our engineer shows how simple maintenance is and gives training to the technicians.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Payment in consumption \u2013 (We are very sure of gaining in gas consumption).
    <\/strong>If the calculated payback time is less than 2 years we propose payment in consumption :
    – We supply all the burners for free.
    – The factory sends daily \/ weekly the gas counter readings or a copy of the central system printout.
    – We send, during the calculated and agreed payback time, every month an invoice for the value of the realized gain in gas and CO2, payable on 30 days.
    – In case the total amount of the burners is not reached at the end of the contract period, invoicing stops and only the issued invoices must be paid.
    – This means that in case our burners do not gain consumption, they will be for free.
    .- If the payback time shows to be shorter than the contract period, invoicing and payment stop at the total price of the burners + 10 %.
    In case of payment in consumption the following references have to be defined :
    – Contract period and gain in consumption to achieve.
    – Reference consumption, for example the average consumption of last year.
    – Price of the gas.
    – Price of the CO2 rights.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    In all cases the burners will cost nothing, they will be paid with the realized gain in consumption over a 2 years or less period of time.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
